A wedding coordinator (MatchBox calls this wedding management) focuses on managing wedding-day logistics 60 days out from the wedding day, they do not book vendors or design the event. A wedding designer designs and creates the entire design of the event, working with all kinds of vendors to bring your vision to life. This services do not manage the logistics of the event, which is why it is always paired with management in MatchBox Event Co’s service selection.

We recommend booking your wedding planner 8-12 months out. If you find yourself on a tighter deadline our team can always accommodate if the date is still available.

Yes! Our day of coordination is called Wedding Management and starts 60 days out. Partial Planning is design and management only. Inquire for a custom quote on our smaller luxury wedding planning packages.

Our full-service wedding planning fee is a percentage of the final wedding costs, with a retainer based on your guest count, location, and overall wedding weekend needs.
Design and Management clients will need to reach out for a custom flat rate quote.
