Hiring a wedding planner reduces stress, saves time, and allows couples to make smart, strategic financial decisions. We manage logistics, design unique experiences, troubleshoot issues, and bring your dream wedding to life all while you enjoy the process.

A wedding planner assists with the entire planning process, from budgeting, vendor selection, design, and execution. A wedding coordinator (MatchBox calls this wedding management) focuses on managing wedding-day logistics 60 days out from the wedding day, they do not book vendors or design the event. A wedding designer designs and creates the entire design of the event, working with all kinds of vendors to bring your vision to life. This services do not manage the logistics of the event, which is why it is always paired with management in MatchBox Event Co’s service selection.

We offer all three services to create a seamless experience tailored to your needs.

We recommend booking your wedding planner 8-12 months out. If you find yourself on a tighter deadline our team can always accommodate if the date is still available.
