This services do not manage the logistics of the event, which is why it is always paired with management in MatchBox Event Co’s service selection.

We recommend booking your wedding planner 8-12 months out. If you find yourself on a tighter deadline our team can always accommodate if the date is still available.

Our full-service wedding planning fee is a percentage of the final wedding costs, with a retainer based on your guest count, location, and overall wedding weekend needs.
